On behalf of our multinational Client are one of Europe's leading providers of communications services, with over 21 million corporate and residential customers in the UK alone. They do this through their strategy of providing the best communications services and solutions for everybody in the UK and for corporate customers across Europe. We are currently looking for:

Customer Helpdesk 1st line - English and Czech (Budapest)

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to inbound telephone calls from customers reporting problems
  • Opens trouble tickets to record all actions taken to effect resolution of customer problems
  • Contacts customer directly, providing notification of error conditions affecting cusomer's services
  • Updates on existing problem conditions and coordination of ticket activities to closure
  • Conducts first level analysis and calls phone companies, technical field personnel and whoever else is necessary to work on a problem.
  • Maintains responsibility for the ticket throughout its life cycle, even when transferred to another department.
  • Provides support to customers in a 7 x 24 shift

Qualifications:

  • Degree level
  • Fluency in English and in Czech language knowledge
  • Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage.
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Be able to evidence clear and demonstrable experience in technical interface with telecommunications service providers including related help desk operations.
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Customer attitude is must
