Contract & Commercial Change Manager (Budapest)
Responsibilities:
- Support of Commercial Managers, Contract Managers and Business Managers.
- Manage high volumes of simple to complex customer requests.
- Update operational inventory with commercial data in line with completed customer orders.
- Interpret and verify customer requirements and obtain appropriate pricing for the required services, responding within agreed deadlines.
- Co-ordinate pricing requests with understanding the cost and revenue impact of changes.
- Perform commercial order entry related functions with filling in internal ordering forms with information obtained during the quote preparation phase.
- Responsible for the financial performance, service delivery, billing, efficiency of change controls and general support activities affecting commercial and service performance of the contract.
- Work in co-operation with IT engineers and specialists, sales manager, financial colleagues, and project managers as well.
- Maintain contact with the global implementation teams by holding regular conference calls.
Requests:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Typically 1-2 years work experience.
- Fluent in English and any others European language is a bonus.
- High Excel knowledge is must!
- Business and Finance background is a plus but not mandatory.
- Desired candidates should be proactive and able to take initiative to create new processes and suggest changes for more business results.
- Very good communication, concetration skills and analytical thinking are very important.
- Excellent customer relationship attitude

- It can be applying for 6 and 18 months fixed term as well.
