Our international client is taking a leading position in the FMCG industry with presence in five continents. Currently we are looking for a Compensation & Benefit Manager to its Budapest based office.
- Independent coordination of the Compensation & Benefit, Payroll and Reporting team
- Legal Compliance - active follow-up and proposing changes according to law
- Participating in Compensation & Benefit related projects (HAY, re-banding, salary budgeting etc.)
- Preparing data for salary review
- Salary and bonuses payout organizing
- Responsible for the bonus schemes implementation
- Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports
- University degree
- Fluent English
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience
- Managerial skills, ability to coordinate small team and external service suppliers
- Labor code knowledge plus practical experience with disciplinary and reward issues
- Excellent understanding of reward & payroll area
- Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Advanced user of Excel
