Our partner is a global manufacturing and technology company. We are looking for a Team Leader to strenghten their team in Székesfehérvár.
- Sets performance goals for team members and conducts regular progress monitoring for attainment
- Ensures effective two-way communication between management and team members
- Works with local management to ensure clear two-way communication takes place
- Plans, assigns and directs work tasks to team members
- Designates special tasks to team members as required
- Organizes training requirements for team members as required
- Monitors daily schedules
- Business reporting activities on behalf of division contacts abroad
- College/University degree
- Technical skills and able to successfully complete technical exam
- At least 2 years work experience in a technical or supervisory role
- Fluency in English and Hungarian languages
- Customer focused, self motivated and able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
