- Acting as the process/system document owner
- Developing and maintaining up to data procedures and manuals
- Ensuring operational tracking data are up-to-date and continuously develop to meet customer requirements
- Ensuring that prioritised projects are adequately resourced and delivered to the agreed schedule and project plan
- Tracking progress against project plans and ensuring that activities outlined are completed on time
- Performing internal audits and analysis
- Managing the delivery of any process / system changes, training the team, completing documentation changes and monitoring the outcome of any changes
- Development and management of the team
- Subject expert for systems and procurement process for team
- Studying the monthly/quarterly expected volume data and planning for workload as needed
- Providing analysis and recommendations where targets have not been met
- Ensuring workload is evenly balanced across the team
- Supporting team performance by undertaking activity as required
- Training new joiners and monitoring performance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Fluent English and Hungarian is a must
- 5+ years in a relevant role in sourcing/procurement and materials planning (ideally manufacturing oprations related industry)
- High knowledge of SAP and Ariba/E-sourcing
- Experience of leading and managing a team is essential.
- Experience in Ariba; SAP/SRM experience an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of tactical sourcing
- Strong knowledge of navigating the supply market and supplier selection
- Knowledge of contract terms and conditions
- Excellent and negotiation skills, strong client relationship management skills and proactive approach
