For our multinational client who is providing office equipments we are looking for an experienced REPORTING ANALYST to join their team in their Budapest business support center.
- responsible for the timely production of reports as specified by the management
- support the management/business with projects and initiatives to improve quality in the Call Centre, Service Centre and Field Services area
- provide assistance with implementing process improvements, Within this project, a major task is testing the system for Go Live, including relevant reporting schemes too
- work within a team deploying Siebel in several countries
- work closely together other BAs and PMs in the local office and also WW offices of the company as well as business practice managers and employees in EMEA or WW
- Understanding in system architecture and IT concerns
- Experience in CRM, Service Delivery and BI functions
- Understanding and experience in reporting systems and office tools (Crystal Reports, SAP Business Objects, Siebel Analytics, Excel and other MS Office applications, etc.)
- Excellent English knowledge
