Our multinational partner provides a broad portfolio of cosmetics in the beauty industry. Currently we are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join their dynamic team in their Budapest office.
- Participate regularly in productivity discussions with key leaders
- Manage sales representatives in the region (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland)
- Hold Sales representatives accountable for goals
- Participate in distributor meetings
- Monitor/teach/coach account Managers on all new and existing sales initiatives
- Handle compliance issues
- 3 yrs network marketing OR sales development experience
- Min. 2 yrs management experience
- University/College degree strongly preferred
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
