Our multinational client - who is the manufacturer and distributor of premium drink brands - is looking for a Procurement Administrator for a fixed term.
- Upload of active contracts into Contract tracker (detailing contract type, value, start/expiry, review date etc.)
- Scan, checklist and match up existing contracts in electronic database
- Checklist existing purchase order chart for backup docs gaps, administer and fill
- Help in contract archiving process
- Administer new contracts and purchasing process
- Fluent English knowledge
- Some legal background would be preferred
- Some procurement, vendor/contract management experience would be also advantageous
- Standard Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) proficiency is a requirement, SAP preferred
- Open minded, willingness to learn
