Portugese Speaking General Ledger Accountant
- Posting of general ledger journals
- Performing month / quarter / year end closing specific activities
- Assisting in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports with respect to SAP data
- Preparing monthly reconciliations of accounts and related accounting routines within prescribed timeframes
- Posting of accruals
- Handling of vendor queries
- Country specific VAT reconciliation
- Assisting in audit preparation
- 1-3 years of experience in a GL role or at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable processes
- Strong intermediate command of English and fluent command of Portuguese
- College degree (Finance and Accounting degree preferred)
