The PMI Analyst will be responsible for the support of product movements and inventory accounting systems and processes. He/she will be assigned to Analyst / Senior Analyst / Staff Analyst positions depending on education level, previous relevant work experience, language skills etc. Specific responsibilities include:
- transaction processing to account for complex SAP product movements
- ensuring the completeness and accuracy of volumetric movements and related financial records
- reconciliation of plants and investigation and follow up of exceptions
- investigation, follow up and resolution of aged items
- key contact for SAP related issues
- preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly key performance indicators
- Logistic or Financial College or University degree is preferred or 0-2 years work experience in related fields
- Fluency in English and both Norwegian in written and oral
- Ability to assimilate business procedures and practices related to activities under responsibility as well as internal control and business ethics standards
- Numeracy and P.C. skills, experience with SAP R3 would be of benefit
