Our client is a leading independent law firm operating in Central and Eastern Europe. For them we are looking for an IT Support Engineer.
IT Support Engineer will provide 1st Level support for IT related issues to the company's users across their four offices in Europe (approx. 250 users).
- Following agreed procedures, provides advice to users on systems, products and services which are available to them
- Responds promptly to issues or questions raised by e-mail or on the telephone helpdesk staff
- Escalates issues appropriately
- Interprets technical or procedure manuals on behalf of non-technical users and provides routine training in normal usage of systems, products and services
- Provides an effective interface between users and service providers
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role or as a help desk administrator
- Fluent English is a must
- Microsoft Windows 2003 & 2008 Admin tools
- Active directory administration
- Strong MS Office skills
- Microsoft Outlook 2007 / Blackberry
- Desktop Hardware
- Networking fundamentals
