Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for Desk Based Service Team Leader to their Budapest-based business services center.
Key Responsibilities:
- running a team of Desk Based Service Managers
- service development, service improvement within a defined customer base, either nationally or on a multi-country basis
- improving the overall customer experience and owning the overall service relationship at mid to senior level within the customer business area
- building and maintaing collaborative relationships with key customers and suppliers
- strong leadership skills
- university or college degree
- experience in customer service, customer care
- min. 1-2 years experience in team and people management
- result and customer oriented personality
- fluent English
