- Answering incoming calls related to orders, dealing with complaints, providing price quotes to customers
- Entering order details into the ERP system
- Communicating with offices in other countries within Europe and cooperating closely with the Sales, Finance and Logistics teams
- Problem solving: following up on late deliveries, incorrect invoices, addressing ad hoc problems
- Support client needs in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating a sense of urgency, tenacity, and commitment to quality and excellent client service
- Fluent command of Polish, strong intermediate level of English and conversational Hungarian
- 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong client orientation
- Ability to multitask
- IT proficiency
