A US based multinational company (non shared service center) dealing in biotechnology is looking for young dynamic individulas for their constantly growing Budapest team with Slovak/Czeck, English and Hungarian knowledge.
- Process customer instruments & consumable orders in line with company policy
- Responsible for process of customer returns and trade in instruments and for the processes related to the acquisition, move, counting and disposal of the inventory.
- Liase between the customer and EDC (distribution center) regarding delivery of back-ordered products
- Produces quotation & tenders
- Customer complaint handling
- Commercial education or similar
- Fluetn Hungarian, Slovak and or Czech and upper intermediate English
- Experience with an ERP system
- Excellent administration, organisational and time management skills
- Competent Microsoft Office skills
- High level of accuracy
- Experience with customer contact / order admin role
