On behalf of our multinational client we are looking for
Area Sales Representatives for the Kecskemét region to supervise own and partner stores within a designated area and ensure operational efficiency of the stores while providing support and guidance for shops and owners.
- Meets revenue targets set for the area of responsibility
- Sets up sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Promotes & develops customer satisfaction practices through retail stores of region
- Ensures smooth information flow between the company headquarter and the stores
- Regularly visits all stores in designated area (direct, indirect) and act as an advisor to store managers and store staff
- Provides information and acts as point of reference for own shops and partners responsible for new projects and provides solutions for the related issues
- Holds regular competition visits and analyses in region and provides insight to Regional Sales Manager along with proposals to ensure competitive position
- Trains and coaches induction of new staff
- University/ college degree is preferred
- Good problem solver, able to make things happen
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage
- At least 1 year Retail experience, but You are also welcome if you are coming from: IT/ ICT, banking/insurance, hospitality, fashion or FMCG sector
