On behalf of our multinational client we are currently seeking for
Regional Sales Managers for the Eastern and Western Hungary regions to ensure the commercial, financial and operational success of the company's retail chain in the region and maximize store performance (staff quality, competencies, commercial and winning mindset).
- Achieves sales revenue of the direct, indirect sales channels; ensures that targets set are met and overcome
- Ensures store visibility and an unbeatable customer experience
- Promotes & develops customer satisfaction practices through exclusive channels of region
- Understands customers' needs and helps them discover how our products meet those needs
- Will be single point of contact for one dedicated key partner and be responsible for total revenue of that partner
- Visits shops and major brand partners, attends shareholder meetings with key partners, participates in business visits. Acts as a trusted consultant to all partners assigned in region
- Plans and supervises the implementation of the company's sales policies through the retail stores of its region
- Stays up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices
- Participates in footprint proposals, store opening / closing / relocation coordination and licensing of the management, and co-classes
- Forecasts talent needs in the district; pro-actively recruits and coaches based on talent needs
- College/University degree
- Management skills and experience
- Good knowledge of English and Hungarian is a must
- Minimum 3 years experience in the telecom sector with at least 1 year in retail
- You are also welcome if you are coming from: IT/ ICT, banking/insurance, hospitality or FMCG sector
- Capability of data analysis and problem solving skills
- Commercial understanding and strong planning skills
