Team Lead Service Desk Based Manager (Budapest)
Responsibilities:
- To be proactively involved in developing, maintaining and involved in high-level contact with all of strategically important customers This includes the resolution of customer issues
- To be able to good knowledge of the customers' business, systems and IT programs and understand the competition environment
- To maintain including working with the Account Team and making the pre-bid basis
- Involved in specific credit control and credit management negotiations
- Team leadership / people management responsibilities
- Deal with escalations
Qualifications:
- College / University degree
- Fluency in English
- Relevant working experiences: min 3 - 5 years (from economic / technical area)
- Experience of working in (minimum) medium sizes companies
- Excellent MS Office user, and ERP system user kowledge
- Good relationship, problem solving and communication skills.
- Experience in Team and People Management
- Conflict resolution skills
- Escalation Management skills
- May also require a billing and / or financial and credit management background.
