Our Client Company, a business service center of a leading telecommunication corporation is looking for a new college to join their winning team in Budapest due to dynamic growth they are aiming at. The role of the new colleague would be to manage the Demand Management function for under the guidance of the Demand Manager with the main purpose of ensuring any Process or System changes initiated are serving the Shared Services Organization's Strategic Objectives. In this respect the Demand Management Lead needs to drive demands raised to completion on a project basis following the right demand management procedure, involving the right people to prepare and approve the various request for changes.
- Coordinate delivery of process improvement demands raised. Perform Project Management activities for selected demands. Ensure right quality inputs. Represent Shared Service's interests in various forums.
- Manage and operate Idea and Demand Management process
- Working with the other Shared Services location's Demand Management team to leverage synergies, share best practices and align on needs
- Liaise with various departments involved in the End to End process including ensuring funding is avaible for demands, and preparing demand management related budget plans.
- Provide transparency over the status of the raised demands/changes initiated.
- Periodically review internal demand management process, and adjust if needed. Provide improvement opportunity inputs to other Demand Management processes
- Highly experienced in Project management
- 3+ years of experience in managing Change Management/Process Improvement process
- College or University degree
- Fluent English knowledge
- Ability to communicate at all levels (to Senior management level)
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills at Director level and within a European Shared Service Centre
- International experience and background in a complex/matrix multi national business environment is an advantages
- Knowledge of MS office applications
