On behalf of our BSC partner we are looking for a
GL Accountant (Romanian)
Tasks:
- Managing the GL activities in the CE region
- Month-end, year-end closing activities
- Posting accruals, prepaid expenses, payroll
- Monthly reconciliation of Intercompany accounts in AR/AP
- Fixed Assets accounting
- AP accounting
- Booking the daily bank statement and petty cash movements
- Account reconciliation in compliance with SOX
- Preparing balance sheet and profit&loss reports
- Assisting in the preparation of IM reporting packs
- Ad-hoc reporting
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting
- 2-3 years relevant accounting experience
- US GAAP and SOX experience is preferred
- Analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness
- Proactivitiy, flexibility
- Dinamic, self-motivated personality
- Team player with great communication skills
- Fluent English and Romanian
- SSC experience is desirable
