Our multinational partner provides a broad portfolio of cosmetics in the beauty industry. Currently we are looking for Customer Service Agents to join their dynamic team in their Budapest office.
• Handling incoming phone calls and e-mails
• Providing support to retail agent partners
• Identifying and resolving problems
• Following up ongoing issues
• Administration of all partner related activities
• Intermediate English AND Native or fluent in French
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Customer focus
• Team spirit
• User level IT knowledge
• Relevant experience can be an advantage
