On behalf of our BSC partner we are looking for a
Finance Process Analyst
Tasks:
- Identifies best practice and opportunities to improve finance processes
- Develops, supports, drives standard solutions across the continental finance community, support developing procedures
- Liaison with fiannce teams, super users and IT
- Manages finance applications support (ownership, blue print control, development, change, interfacing and user support). Acts as functional expert Exact
- Promote an extensive understanding of the applicable functionalities by the finance team, optimizing effectiveness
- Manage testing, training and deployment of updates and new functionalities
- Promote sharing knowledge and experience of best practies, user group development
- Ensure strict compliance with access restriction and user policies-procedures, support Accounting Control Environment controls
- Periodically review the use of the system
- Adheres to change control procedures, manage projects in accordance with generally accepted project management standards
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant
- Min.5 years financial experience
- Experience with financial accounting, control function and reporting
- Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley compliance issues and US GAAP or IFRS
- A good organizer and coordiantor
- Reactive, proactive, innovative
- Fluent English is a must
