Our client is a Financial Services Company, and a subsidiary of a large multinational Group, having a steady market position, both in Hungary and numerous other countries of the world.
• Responsible for all analytical and reporting activities related to all high-volume outbound sales and direct marketing campaigns
• Responsible for all analytical and reporting activities (regular reports and ad-hoc analysis) related to all the campaigns in his/her geographic area
• Updates regular management reports with the pre-defined periodicity
• Generates complex analysis on specific request of the members of the Campaign Management team
• Prepares ad-hoc reports on the request of sales managers
• Maintains sales and marketing reports that track and measure the results of the campaign execution
• Collects all the data needed to complete the post-evaluation of a certain campaign (utilizing pre-defined templates)
• Ensure that the data gathering fields and options in the CRM system are properly designed and implemented to enable the campaign-specific analysis defined in the Campaign Implementation Plan
• Provides development briefs, tracks and tests IT developments related to campaign reporting - based on specific business requirement from the Campaign Manager
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Economics
• 2 years relevant experience in research and/or analysis
• Relevant experience of delivering high level, complex, direct marketing and outbund sales campaigns, ideally with the financial services industry
• Good technical skills with analytical tools, and operational CRM applications
• Proven track record of reliably managing data processing and analysis, excellent problem solving skills
• Work well in a team environment, a personal style which is calm under pressure, excellent written and oral communicator both with the other team members as well as with upper management
