Our prestigeous multinational Client is seeking for colleagues for the following position in its Budapest office:
Contracted Part Time HR Assistant
Tasks:
- Become a regional expert of the company's selection process,
- Support recruitment activity by organizing event logistics and keep contact with participants,
- On-going administration related to recrutiment events,
- Manage design and production of attraction posters and visuals,
- Provide advertising and promotional materials for recruiting teams in the region,
- Organizing interviews,
- Providing ongoing support for various projects of the HR Department.
Requirements:
- Secondary school certificate or college degree,
- Fresh-graduates are welcome,
- Fluent English knowledge (written and spoken),
- Outstanding collaboration skills and operating with discipline,
- Strong computer skills, (Word, Power Point, especially Excel),
- Ability to work well with different kinds of people,
- Ability to work independently, handling multiple projects and priorities with little servision,
- Ability to handle routine tasks,
- Part-time position.
Other:
- Contracted position until 30th of November, but it can be extended,
- Part time position: 24 hour/week.
