On the behalf of our multinational partner we are currently looking for candidates:
Technical Support Engineer (3rd Line)
Task(s):
- Provide technical assistance for complex issues (incidents and problems) towards internal support groups and/or directly with the customers.
- Needs to maintain close relations with third parties, like vendors, to be able to monitor progress of reported problems, known caveats, newly available features, software upgrades and hardware products. This to be able to foresee possible conflicts and improvements to operational services.
- Implement complicated configurations together with the service delivery team and/or the customer.
- Document clearly and efficiently the solutions implemented internally (incident management systems) as well as externally (documents for customers/third parties).
- Design customer solutions as needed in collaboration with the sales teams.
- Provide training to other support groups.
Requirement(s):
- CCNP knowledge (certification is preferred)
- At least 2 years experience with Cisco in a WAN environment / in supporting a Cisco router environment / within tele- or datacommunications environment
- Good level of English
- VOIP experience is desired
