Hungarian subsidiary of a German multinational companies, whose main activity is the provision of informatic services.
- Technical and commercial management of a customer in EMEA region with respect to time, quality, and costs
- Development and understanding of complex telecommunication solutions
- Contributing to bussiness development with the customer
- Regular contacts with other internal departments at performance and employee level
- Technical guidance and coordination of the customer team for assigned customer
- University degree or comparable vocational education with additional specialist's training and 5 years of work experiencie in a fuctional area
- Broad top special knowledge and years of experience in work methodologies, customer care, guidlines, law of contracts, business economiecs and controlling
- ability to autonomous applience and figuring of this knowledge -Broad knowledge of service in excellence and ITIL
- Securing the SDM-tasks and interests in the context of sales-, TOM-, and SLM- and business process
- Fluent English (German is an advantage)
