On the behalf of our multnational partner we are looking for candidates for its subsidiary in Debrecen for the position:
Installation Co-ordinator
Task(s):
- Owns the delivery performance, ensures that all orders are treated equally.
- Ensures that all deliverable elements are on track for delivery by managing jeopardy to maintain the performance, at the agreed targeted levels.
- Responsible for taking ownership to identify root cause issues that are impacting the productivity and efficiency of the ordering unit and implementing continuous improvement initiatives and solutions, maximising the throughput impacting customer service and minimising costs.
- Ensures that inventory is correct at all times and correctly loaded into the target assurance system.
- Responsible for ensuring that any improvement or changes implemented (e.g. product, systems, product) to the stage are tested effectively.
- Ensures that the service has been tested and that all necessary quality checks have been performed.
Requirement(s):
- Good level of English AND French / German / Italian / Spanish / Dutch
- Good customer relations skills
- Customer focus
- Team members skills
- Computer literate with good keyboard skills and proficient in Word, Excel and Access databases
